On Thursday, January 31, 2019, we will release new batches of Red Tail and Great Horned when our Hutchinson taproom opens at 3PM.
Red Tail, a Flanders Red style sour ale, features prominent acidity, deep fruit characters, and a rich red hue. After spending six months in a French cabernet barrel, this beer was packaged into kegs and allowed to naturally carbonate and condition for three months. It is now ready to serve and we’re excited to share it with you!
Red Tail will be available exclusively on tap for draft pours. There are no to-go options for Red Tail at this time.
Great Horned, our Wee Heavy Scotch Ale, also makes a return this week!
At 9% ABV, this is a big beer featuring rich caramel malt characters and is perfect for sipping slowly on these cold January days.
Great Horned will be available for draft pours and growler fills to-go.
