On Thursday, March 21, 2019 we will be releasing two beers, a Test Pilsner and Chickadee with Apricot.

Today marks the first day of Spring and we are so happy to welcome back warmer weather and sunny days with the release of two perfect Spring beers.

Test Pilsner

Modeled after the traditional German style, this Pilsner features German malts and American Liberty hops that closely mimic European varieties typically used in this classic beer style. After lagering at 36F degrees for six weeks, it is light, crisp, brite, and features a simple but prominent malt character. Perfect for sunny days or anytime you just want a beer that you don’t need to think about.

The Test Pilsner will be available in 5oz and 16oz pours and growler fills to go.

Chickadee with Apricots

Chickadee is a sour beer brewed for Spring and Summer days but enjoyable all year-round. It’s light, tart, and low in alcohol. For this variety of our standard Chickadee, we refermented the beer on 42lbs of apricots, lending the beer an extra fruit character that perfectly compliments the natural fruity character from the acidity.

Chickadee with Apricot will be available in 5oz and 10oz pours and growler fills to go.

Our taproom is located at 111 W 2nd Ave, Ste C in Hutchinson, KS. Our hours for this weekend are:

  • Thursday: 3PM-10PM
  • Friday: 3PM-10PM
  • Saturday: 12PM – 10PM
  • Sunday: 12PM-5PM
