On Thursday, December 27th, we will release a new batch of Raven, our imperial stout, with cinnamon and vanilla.
With prominent characters of chocolate and coffee, Raven is the perfect canvas for adjunct flavors. The holidays are a time for family, friends, and copious amounts of sweets, pies, and candies. It only seemed appropriate that cinnamon and vanilla be the first adjuncts we add to Raven.
This batch came in at 8.1% and will be available on draft for pints in the taproom and growler fills to take home.
