A new batch of Junco releases in cans on Friday, August 17th, 2018! This time with a double dry-hopped dose of Simcoe.
Junco is our soft and juicy New England-style IPA that showcases the tropical fruit character of certain hops, making for a delicious IPA that’s not bitter at all.
Normally Junco is brewed with Citra, El Dorado, and Mosaic in equal proportions. This time we swapped the Mosaic for Simcoe and increased the proportion of Simcoe. By upping the Simcoe we aimed to drive the stone fruit character that Simcoe often brings when used in dry-hopping (hops added during or after fermentation).
We will have approximately 90 cans available and two kegs for growler fills and samples. Prices are as follows:
- $4 per single can
- $16 per 4-pack
- $8 for a 32oz growler fill
- $16 for a 64oz growler fill
The brewery is open 1PM-5PM on Friday, August 17th, and then again from 10AM-5PM on Saturday. We do not expect cans to last very long so come early to ensure you get some!
