On Thursday, March 7, we are bringing back Barrel – Aged Barred Owl and Raven, along with Three Rings Brewing, Thesis 4.

Barrel – Aged Barred Owl is a Scottish Export that was aged in a Bourbon barrel. It is dark, and has malty and caramel flavors to it.

Barrel – Aged Barred Owl will be available in 5oz and 10oz draft pours and growler fills to go.

Raven is an Imperial Stout that pours black as night and has rich aromas of chocolate and coffee. It is 9% ABV, dark, roasty, and smooth.

Three Rings Brewing – Thesis IV, It is an American IPA that has been aged in a tequila barrel. It features prominent grapefruit and orange characters from the hops and distinct notes from the barrel.

This beer was brewed by the Three Rings Brewery then aged in tequila barrels here at Sandhills Brewing before being sent back to Three Rings Brewery for packaging. We have just a single keg of it and are excited to share it with you!
