The Belgian Quad and the farmhouse ale I brewed three weeks ago are getting close to being ready to bottle.

The farmhouse ale, which is an attempted clone of the Tank 7 Farmhouse ale from Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City, still needs to be dry hopped with Amarillo hops, which I will probably add tomorrow if all readings check out.

The specific gravity of the farmhouse ale was 1.035, just one point lower than what it was four days ago.

The SG of the quad was 1.038 this morning, also one point down from my last measurement.

If the SG doesn’t drop any more this week, I will bottle both beers on Saturday.
